Requirements for Certificate of Good Conduct

Kenyan Citizens

1) A complete set of the original (plus one photocopy) rolled and plain fingerprints taken at local police station bearing an official stamp. Photocopies or prints used in previous years are not acceptable.
2) Two clear copies of Kenya 2nd generation identity card if applicant is above 18 years of age. Kenyan passports and birth certificates are not accepted. PLEASE NOTE, DIGITAL SCANNED COPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
3) Two certified copies of Kenyan birth certificate and/or Kenyan passport if the applicant is below 18 years of age.
4) An application letter.
5) Two copies of the application form, downloadable at our website.
6) Processing fee: $125.00 CDN (Non-refundable) payable to “Consulate of the Republic of Kenya in BC” by money order or certified cheque.
NOTE: FOR WALK-INS ONLY, WE ACCEPT DEBIT/ CREDIT CARDS
7) Pre-paid self addressed return courier envelope from Xpresspost (it should have a tracking number)
NOTE: Other courier services are no longer acceptable.
NOTE: Please submit complete application kit, because failure to do so will result in the return of your application. Payment of fee does not guarantee that a certificate of good conduct will be issued.

Non-Kenyan Citizens
